• The Streamside, $175 per night
• The Deerfield, $175 per night
• The Ridgeview, $175 per night
• The Shaker, $175 per night

Reservations, Cancellations, Regulations:

Reservations:
• Check in time: 2pm to 10pm
• Check out time: 11am
• Children over 12 welcome Monday through Thursday
• No children on weekends
• Sorry, no pets
• The 1712 House is a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:
• Rooms may be reserved with credit card
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance
